You are able to reset a password and email address within PVSketch and PVSketch Mega if you have access to the employees email address. For PVCAD and PVCAD Mega products you are able to release the license key to register a new user with these instructions (reset license key).

Please contact support@pvcomplete.com and we will process your cancellation request at the end of your current billing period. If you are a subscriber to PVSketch, you can terminate you license by navigating to Menu and Account.
We accept all major credit and debit cards for monthly and annual license purchases, and accept bank transfers and ACH for annual purchases.
You will get a receipt at end of each billing cycle from our billing partner, Stripe. If you click “Manage Your Subscription” within this receipt, you will be taken to a login portal where you will be able to update your payment method. If you are having trouble accessing, please email us at support@pvcomplete.com and we will send you a secure link to update your payment method.
PVCAD and PVCAD Mega are linked and registered to one computer, thus you will get one license per computer.
For PVSketch and PVSketch Mega, you can create a license for yourself, if you are interested in a shared use, enterprise account – please reach out to our team at sales@pvcomplete.com.
We offer monthly and annual licenses to our software – if you purchase annual, we offer a 30% discount. You can view our prices and can purchase licenses online here. Licenses can be cancelled at any time or will auto-renew according to our Terms of Use at the end of your billing period.
For PVSketch, you will login into your free account and purchase a license by upgrading within the software itself.
For PVSketch Mega, PVCAD, and PVCAD Mega, after you purchase on our website or from a sales representative, you will receive an email with more information and a license key to gain unlimited access..

Try using our online tools – PVSketch and PVSketch Mega. You can create project designs and order project permits, single-line diagrams, engineering stamps and other services from licensed, professional engineers.
Whether you want to perform all the design work yourself or outsource some of it, PVComplete delivers a full-service solution. If you want try AutoCAD we offer a Bundle version that includes an AutoCAD license and can teach you the basics of using AutoCAD. PVComplete’s “Sketch” products work with an internet connection and major web browsers.
Our “CAD” products work within AutoDesk’s AutoCAD product environment. If you have an existing, full AutoCAD license you can simply purchase PVCAD or PVCAD Mega “plug-in” versions. If you have AutoCAD LT or don’t have AutoCAD you can buy our “bundled” version which includes PVCAD or PVCAD Mega and a discounted AutoCAD license.

“Mega” is short for MegaWatt and refers to our software built for medium to large scale ground mounted solar – PVSketch Mega and PVCAD Mega.
These products allow users to do fixed tilt and single axis tracker layouts for larger solar projects at least a Megawatt in size. These products are primarily used by companies developing utility scale and ground mounted community solar projects.
Our “Sketch” tools are easy-to-use web-based solar design tools. They are built to do fast layouts to understand and visualize an different projects, specifications, and solar even looks like in early stage development.
Our “CAD” tools are add-ons to AutoCAD that provides automation, efficiency and standardization for technical engineering for advanced solar operators and later stage planning.
If you are having issues operating key functions like PVSyst export or creating setbacks, PVCAD’s API calls are likely being blocked by your organization’s existing firewall. If you are having this issue please white label the PVComplete domain name. If you are still having issues or unsure how to do this – please reach out to support@pvcomplete.com.
We are constantly adding the latest equipment to our extensive equipment database. Our database includes all major module and inverter supplies, as well as prominent racking suppliers.
If you are a paid user of our products we allow the ability to manually add equipment locally within our PVCAD and PVCAD mega products, and within PVSketch you can select our “request to add equipment”.
We recommend that you email us at support@pvcomplete.com rather than our manually add equipment so that this equipment can be added to our cloud database for other users and your teammates.

We release new versions of our products about once a quarter. We may make more frequent updates to our “Sketch” products, and when you log in you will are automatically given our latest version. Our “CAD” products require users to de-install and re-install PVCAD or PVCAD Mega. You will receive notification by email when a new version is available.
