Create a Project
To start a new project click on the “New Project” button, located prominently on the dashboard. This action will initiate the project creation process.
Enter the basic details of your project, such as project name, location, and any other relevant information required by the platform. If you have a Google Earth file (.KML or .KMZ) for your project site, you can upload it at this stage to automatically import geographical data. The project geographic location, land parcel boundaries and any obstructions such as wetlands, roads, power lines, etc. defined in Google earth will be automatically drawn and defined in the PVSketch Mega model.
Follow the on-screen instructions to set up your project. This may involve defining the project area, setting boundaries, and identifying potential obstructions using the tool palette provided.
